| Description: | Alan Bowen handing a letter in Latin to Judge Hildreth Glyn-Jones requesting a School Half-Holiday. This was traditionally done each term at the end of an 'Assize Service' in St Peter's marking the beginning of the local Assizes in Ruthin. The two senior boys in School were also invited to have breakfast with the Judge in Nantclwyd House located close to the Assize Courts in Ruthin. |
